Jenn has called the Wood River Valley home since 2016 and brings a genuine enthusiasm for connecting people, supporting her teammates, and creating positive experiences for clients and their pets.
Drawn to Habitat by the opportunity to be part of a hospital committed to growing and improving veterinary care, Jenn is passionate about helping create an environment where patients, clients, and teammates all feel supported. She especially enjoys the everyday connections that make veterinary medicine rewarding, from welcoming familiar faces to greeting the many furry, four-legged visitors who come through the doors.
As both a familiar face at the reception desk and Habitat’s Office Operations Advocate in Ketchum, Jenn helps keep the hospital organized, connected, and running smoothly. She supports scheduling, client communication, and front-office operations while working closely with the medical and leadership teams to strengthen workflows and ensure a seamless experience for clients and patients. Her role helps bring together the many moving pieces of a busy veterinary hospital, allowing the team to focus on providing exceptional care.
Outside of work, Jenn treasures spending time with her family, who remain the most important part of her life.
